Albion Journeys is run by a dedicated team of travel professionals who share a passion for history, culture and meaningful travel. Behind the scenes, our specialists work closely with partners, historians and local experts to ensure every tour meets our exacting standards.
Luis Arteaga, President
Albion Journeys is led by President Luis Arteaga. Originally from Spain, Luis spent several years living in the United States before relocating to the UK, where he developed a deep appreciation for British history and heritage. A visit to a National Trust property proved formative, inspiring the idea of creating tours that allow travelers to engage more deeply with historic places. That inspiration led directly to Albion’s long-standing partnership with the National Trust and, later, to collaborations with US preservation organizations.
Ivan de Beer, Reservations Assistant
Originally from New Zealand, Ivan de Beer studied Marine Science and qualified as a certified Dive Instructor before embarking on a life of international travel. Having lived and worked across Asia, Europe and the United States, Ivan brings extensive experience from the travel and hospitality sector, with a strong focus on customer care. He assists guests with reservations and enquiries and is always happy to help ensure a smooth booking experience.
